WHAT’S NEW

Patch released on April 28th 2026

NEW FEATURES

OPERATORS

  • Added new Operator: Doc

    • Docs unique ability is the Stim Pistol - a device that allows Doc to heal and revive himself as well as teammates from a distance.

GAME MODE

  • Site and Spawn Selection

    • In Ranked modes, players can now choose their spawn location as Attackers, and vote on objective sites as Defenders.

MAP

  • Added new Map: House

    • Operation Trauma Front introduces House, a map defined by tight interior spaces and sudden encounters. It rewards disciplined movement, coordinated entry and careful room clearing, where every decision matters and minor mistakes can quickly shift the momentum.

    • The House map will only be available in the House Showcase game mode for the first week of the seasonAfter this, it will be available on the map rotation in Quickplay and Ranked.

BALANCING

OPERATORS

  • Valkyrie

    • Increased the visibility of the Black Eye Camera by adding a permanent team-colored texture on the gadget.

    • Rationale: Due to mobile limitations and optimization, Valkyrie’s Black Eye Cameras were very hard to find. This should help attackers spot Black Eye Cameras more easily.

  • Dokkaebi:

    • Mk 14 EBR:

      • Increased fire rate

      • Reduced horizontal and vertical recoil

    • 93R:

      • Fire mode changed to Full Auto (from Burst Fire)

    • Rationale: Dokkaebi is difficult to play and underperforms at all levels despite being free through Ubisoft Connect and high picked. Increasing the fire rate of both her weapons will both lower the time to kill and increase the odds of getting headshots.

  • Thermite:

    • 552-Commando:

      • Reduced the recoil noise

    • Rationale: Thermite has trouble getting kills. While that's not his main role, a better recoil will help him win more fights.

  • Ash:

    • R4-C:

      • Reduced mag size to 25 (from 30)

    • Rationale: Ash is overperforming at all levels and can chain up kills without having to stop and reload.

  • Smoke & Sledge:

    • SMG-11:

      • Increased Horizontal and Vertical Recoil

      • Mag size reduced to 15 (from 20)

      • Critical range increased to 20m (from 16m)

    • Rationale: At higher level, Smoke really outperforms Mute in terms of kills thanks to his sidearm. This change makes the SMG-11 strongerbut body shots now skip DBNO at a longer range. Sledge players don't need to use his sidearm a lot so this shouldn't impact his win rate much.

RENOWN ACQUISITION

  • Added Renown as rewards to Daily and Weekly Challenges.

    • A total of 550 Renown is now available as part of Daily Challenges rewards per daily rotation. The distribution is as follows:

      • Two challenges that reward 150 Renown

      • One challenge that rewards 200 Renown

      • One challenge that rewards 50 Renown

  • A total of 3,650 Renown is now available as part of Weekly Challenges rewards per week. The distribution is as follows:

    • One challenge that rewards 500 Renown

    • One challenge that rewards 550 Renown

    • Two challenges that reward 800 Renown

    • One challenge that rewards 1,000 Renown

RANK

  • Rebalanced Rank progression for Platinum and Diamond:

    • Reduced the amount of badges per division in Platinum rank, from 6 to 5

    • Reduced the amount of Valor to earn a shield in Platinum rank, from 500 to 450

    • Reduced the amount of badges per division in Diamond rank, from 8 to 7

    • Reduced the amount of Valor to earn a shield in Diamond rank, from 600 to 500

IMPROVEMENTS

GAME MODE

  • Private Match

    • Minimum player count has been reduced from 6 to 2

    • Added the option to remove bots entirely

  • Legendary Ranked – Ranked mode will now split into Regular Ranked and Legendary Ranked:

    • Regular Ranked (Unranked to Silver)

    • Legendary Ranked (Gold to Master)

  • The Legendary Ranked will not be active at the start of the Ranked Season 2. It will be live a week after the release on May 5th.
