Q: What has been your overall favorite update to work on?
A: It was when we released the Extinction Mode because it added another layer of difficulty and challenge. You will never have gameplay which feels the same.
Q: What is the fastest way to earn pearls?
A: Get the biggest shark you have, which has a lot of Health, equip your best items and pets for boosts and head into the Extinction mode! The longer you stay alive, the more pearls you'll earn! Best of luck on this challenge!
Q: Why is the The Colossal Squid Boss permanent instead of just an event?
A: We want to ensure you have fun while you play Hungry Shark World, and we wanted to create a diifferent type of gameplay, which breaks the usual routine - for this the Collosal Squid Boss was introduced! The squid is only the first one, there are more to come! Stay tuned!
Q: Will you add more maps to the Extinction Mode?
A: Yes! We want to evolve the Extinctions mode, adding even more challanges, obstacles and maps! All of these ideas need testing before we release them, despite the difficulties in this game mode challenge, we still want you to ensure you have a fun time as you earn pearls.
Q: Do you plan to make any new general maps?
A: Oh yes! We already have some jaw-some ideas! We'll take these ideas and brainstorm: how would it work within the world of Hungry Shark World and how would the player-shark interaction be with its elements. We then define, program and run the tests in time. Like many other game play features, tests are a nessecity to ensure a fun game play.
Q: Will the leaders board events come back?
A: We have heard that many are requesting the return of the leaderboard and we hear you. We are currently discussion within the team, what we want with this feature. As of right now, I do not have an answer of it's return. What I can say is, that is it will be different from what you remember, if it returns to the game.
Q: What is the best location in the game?
A: All of them! On paper, none of the locations are better than the others in connections to stats, objects or things your shark can eat. It overall comes down to the location that YOU like best. What I can say is that I personally play around in all the locations daily, so that I can collect all the chests.
Q: Do you plan to add more mutant sharks?
A: Yes, yes yes! We love our crazy mutant "sharks" and we want to create even more in future updates! We're discussing the details, its look, its name, and abilities. But we don't want to give any spoilers, we love it when you theory-craft!
Q: Do you plan on creating any new big bosses?
A: If you only knew... We're currently working on something very interesting! We hope that you'll enjoy this one just as much as we enjoyed creating it! Stay tuned for new updates!
Q: Will you add new collectibles in the maps? Like new chests, the letters or items?
A: We hadn't originally planned on it, however we do really like this idea! It would be a way to add additional exploration to the gameplay! We've put this idea on our ideas board and will discuss it. Thank you for the suggestion!
