If you see any player in MMHEOC breaking any of the rules outlined in our Code of Conduct, please take a screenshot of it, and report to Our Support Team via the ‘Support’ section available in the game.
- Once you are on our support portal, click on the chat icon on the bottom right of your screen.
- Our support bot will guide you to submit your case, please select “Bans and Sanctions” and then “Report a Player” from the list and describe the rule violation you witnessed in detail.
- Once your ticket is created, a member of our team will get in touch with you over email to request screenshots showing the rule violation(s) you have reported. Simply attach the screenshot(s) to your reply and a member of our team can further investigate and take the required actions
Please note that our team cannot disclose the outcome of their investigation due to the privacy rights of other players, but rest assured each case is reviewed and acted upon in line with our Code of Conduct.
