We are aware that some players are currently experiencing issues when trying to access the Alliance tab.

This may include one or more of the following symptoms:

• The Alliance tab remains stuck on the loading screen.
• The game stays on “connecting to GDA server”.
• The Alliance section freezes or does not open correctly.
• Players are unable to access Alliance features, Alliance chat, Alliance Warfare, or Alliance-related rewards.
• The game may need to be restarted after attempting to open the Alliance tab.

We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when it affects your Alliance activity, progression, and rewards.

Our team is actively investigating this issue and reviewing the different reasons why this may be happening. This situation has been affecting players mostly since the 3.1.8 update, and we want to reassure you that the team is treating it as an active investigation.

While we do not have a confirmed fix or timeframe to share just yet, we will update this page as soon as we have more information.
