1. What is the INVINCIBLE GTG Content Creator Program?
This program is a partnership between UBISOFT and the INVINCIBLE GUARDING THE GLOBE community, designed to enhance the interaction and engagement within the community through content creation.

2. Who can apply to become a GDA Content Creator?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have the right and full capacity to enter into this program, and must comply with the UBISOFT Code of Conduct and Terms of Use.

3. How can I apply to the program?
You can apply by submitting your application through this survey: https://ubi.li/Creators   Once selected, you will receive an invitation to join our Discord channel and access the guidelines. Please ensure you meet all the prerequisites stated in the program guidelines.

4. What type of content am I expected to create?
Content should be related to the INVINCIBLE: Guarding the Globe mobile game and can include game guides, videos, art, and participation in community events and challenges. You are free to post this content in any platform.

5. Are there any restrictions on the content I can create?
Yes, content must not promote illegal activities, substances, or include offensive behavior. It should adhere to a positive and respectful tone that aligns with UBISOFT’s image and community standards.

6. Will I be compensated for my contributions?
Participation is voluntary and there is no monetary compensation for content created under this program. Participants maintain complete creative control over their content.

7. Can I collaborate with other companies while participating in this program?
Yes, you are free to partner with any other company, including other video game companies, even while you are part of this program.

8. What happens if I breach the program's code of conduct?
Breaching the code of conduct may lead to an investigation and possible termination of your participation in the program.

9. How does UBISOFT handle confidentiality?
Selected GDA Content Creators may receive confidential information which must not be disclosed to third parties without UBISOFT’s prior written approval.

10. How should I disclose my affiliation with UBISOFT in my content?
You must comply with FTC guidelines by clearly disclosing your connection to UBISOFT in all related content in a manner easily understood by your audience.
