What are the requirements to use the Rocksmith Tuner Connect feature?

Make sure your mobile device matches or exceeds these minimum requirements:
Android
Operating system 8.1 or higher
2 GB RAM
Graphics OpenGL ES 3.2 support
iOS
Supported devices: iPhone, iPad 5, iPad Pro, iPad Air 4, iPad Mini 5 or higher.
Operating system 13.0 or higher
Make sure you’re signed into both devices with the same Ubisoft account you used to subscribe to Rocksmith+.
To change your sign-in account on Rocksmith Tuner:
Select the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Choose “Sign out.”
Sign back in with the same account info used to sign into Rocksmith+.
Make sure you are using an Acoustic Guitar or you have the instrument amplified.
Move your microphone within 1-2 feet (30 to 60 centimeters) from your instrument.
Being too close or too far away may lead to your device not being able to detect certain techniques like slides or palm mutes.
Connect your PC and your mobile device to the same local network:
Ensure that the local network you are connected to on both devices either via wired (Ethernet/Network cable (PC/Laptop)) or wireless (Wi-fi (Mobile/Tablet/Laptop)) is the same.
Make sure the Rocksmith Tuner app is not blocked by your firewall on your PC:
Ensure that Rocksmith+ is added to the exceptions of your firewall.
