Rocksmith Tuner includes Standard and Chromatic.

The Standard Tuner has a selection of preset tunings along with two modes, Auto and Manual:

Auto Mode – The tuner auto detects the notes of the string you are trying to Tune.

Manual Mode – The string you wish to tune needs to be selected manually by tapping the corresponding Note name or its Peg.

 The Chromatic Tuner recognizes any note as you play it. This tuner can be used if you know which note you’re tuning to.

The Chromatic Tuner also has 2 modes normal, and Pro.

Pro-Mode: With Pro Mode you have ultra-precise tuning within +/- 10 cents.
