To enable subtitles in Rocksmith+:

1. Go to the main menu.
2. Select the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Choose Game Options.
4. Select Language.
5. Toggle Subtitles to On.

You can disable subtitles again at any time by following the steps above and toggling them to Off.
