If you want to reset your progress on Gwen's Getaway, you can! Follow the steps below to process an account deletion, which will remove all your progress. Please note, once deleted, your progress can't be recovered:

• Open the settings in game.
• Scroll until you find the delete account button.
• Tap on the button, it will prompt a pop-up window.
• Confirm the pop-up, this will queue your account for deletion which deletes your account and progress.
• Please note, this process may take some time, please reach out to Customer Support if the progress is not reset within one day.
