Sometimes, you might be running into issues with our game, and it could be necessary to restart or even reinstall the game. To do this, please follow the instructions below for your device.
To restart the game on Android
- Swipe up from the bottom of your device
- Tap on the App Drawer button
- From the window slide Gwen's Getaway to close it
- Re-open the game, your game should now have restarted
To reinstall the game on Android
- Open the Google Play Store and search for Gwen's Getaway
- Tap on uninstall to uninstall the game from your device
- Once the Install button reappears, tap on this to re-download and install the game
- You have now reinstalled Gwen's Getaway
To restart the game on iPad & iPhone (iOS)
- Double tap the home button to open your recent apps drawer
- Navigate through the apps to find Gwen's Getaway
- Slide the app upwards to close it
- Re-open the game, your game should now have restarted
To reinstall the game on iPad & iPhone (iOS)
- Tap and hold on Gwen's Getaway icon and then tap X to uninstall the app from your device
- Open the App Store
- Search for Gwen's Getaway
- Tap on the Get button
- Wait for the game to be installed, then tap open
- You have now reinstalled Gwen's Getaway
