As we added GooglePlayGames and Apple SignIn recently, you probably have not linked your Bump account to these providers yet. Don't worry, your progression is not lost. You might be connected to another Bump account with GooglePlayGames or Apple SignIn. Try the following steps to retrieve your previous account and progress:
- Launch the game;
- Open the settings menu;
- In the "Account" section, click on "Sign out" button;
- Once redirected to the start screen, click on "Guest" button;
- The game will launch and your game progress will be retrieved;
If your progress is still missing, feel free to contact Customer Support. Please give as much information as possible to retrieve your account (Account Id, Nickname, Account Level, ...).
