Why is Rainbow Six Mobile's age rating changing in Brazil?

We're committed to complying with regional laws to ensure a safe and fair experience for all players. As of the new season launch on June 2, 2026, Rainbow Six Mobile on Google Play has been updated to an 18+ rating in Brazil. This change is required by local regulations and platform policies and is not optional.

I'm under 18. Can I still play Rainbow Six Mobile?

If you are under 18 and located in Brazil, you will no longer be able to access or download the game through Google Play following the June 2 rating update.

I'm under 18 and no longer wish to play. Can I get a refund?

Yes! If you've lost access to the game and would like to request a refund, our Player Support team is here to help. You may open a ticket to request a refund. Please note that requesting a refund will result in the permanent deletion of your account progress, and this cannot be recovered — even if you choose to return to the game when you turn 18. If you're using a Ubisoft account, you won't lose your account — only your progress in R6 Mobile.

I'm about to turn 18 or willing to wait till then and jump back in the game — what happens to my account?

No worries — your account isn't going anywhere! If you'd rather hold on and come back when you turn 18, your progress, account data, and purchases will all be waiting for you once you can access the game again.

I'm a parent or guardian. What does this mean for my child's account?

Rainbow Six Mobile is a game rated 18+ in Brazil, which means that players under 18 may have lost access to the game on Google Play following the June 2 rating update. This is a platform-level restriction tied to local regulations and cannot be bypassed through parental settings or account changes.

Does this affect players outside of Brazil?

No. This update applies only to players in Brazil and is tied specifically to local regulations and Google Play policies in that region. Players in other countries are not affected.
