If you encounter any in-game bugs or gameplay issues, please visit our Bug Reporter Website to check if your issue has already been reported and upvote it. If it has not been reported, you may create a new ticket and the development team will be more than happy to investigate it!

You will be guided by our support bot. Please provide the required information and select either the "Account Issues" or the Billing Issues" depending on the issue type you are reporting.
Lastly, for suggestions or feedback you can reach out to us through Discord and discuss with other players, our Community Managers will transmit that information to the Development Team!
