WHAT’S NEW 

NEW MAP 

Summit: Introducing a brand-new map designed exclusively for Rainbow Six Mobile. This failed mountain resort was purchased by a mysterious buyer and converted into a military staging ground. Its central purpose is unknown, but it is likely not the best place for corporate retreats. 

NEW CURRENCY: GOLD BULLETS 

Added a new currency called Gold Bullets. You can receive Gold Bullets as rewards for completing some of the weekly challenges. Gold Bullets are used to open a newly introduced Pack - the Silk Pack – which contains brand-new items from the Silk collection. 

NEW RANKED EVENTS 

Gold Rush: a new permanent Event accessible to all players, Gold Rush adds incentives to rank up from Rookie to Gold by awarding Silver and Gold Bullets along the way. 

Ranked – Ice Storm Event: A new seasonal Ranked Event offering the entire Lord of the Skies cosmetic collection for Jäger. New challenges are unlocked every 2 weeks. 

BALANCING 

GAMEPLAY 

  • Reduced the maximum combined ADS Movement Speed and ADS Transition Speed stats in attachments. 
    • Lightweight Grips no longer affect ADS Movement Speed. 
    • Light Mags no longer affect ADS Movement Speed. 
    • Lightweight Frames no longer affect ADS Transition Speed. 
    • Iron Sights no longer affect ADS Transition Speed. 

 

IMPROVEMENTS 

USER INTERFACE 

  • Consistency pass on HUD Head & Torso sprites was done. 
  • Increased gap between Purchase button/Item list (showcase). 
  • Icons on the bottom bar of Weapon Customization screens (Primary Weapon, Secondary Weapon, Operator Cosmetics) have had their size increased for readability. 
  • Corrected the Operators whose eyes looked towards the player/camera in a strange/glaring/creepy way. Their manners are now much better.  

 

STORE 

  • Added Obsidian indicator to help players understand when obtaining Obsidian is a possibility. 
  • Added notifications to the Operator Loadout when purchasing a Bundle. 

BUG FIXES 

GAMEPLAY 

  • Fixed an issue where the Speed Loader attachment provided no stat changes on the secondary weapon. 
  • Fixed an issue where Drone and Camera rotation would be offset upon exiting.  
  • Fixed an issue where the Observation Tool did not open on the latest deployed Camera.  
  • Fixed stationary Cameras missing team-colored lights when spectating. 
  • Fixed an issue where some buttons could not be pressed with a controller if they were disabled in the Layout Customization.  
  • General stability and bug fixes. 

 

ONBOARDING 

  • Fixed an issue causing users to get stuck during the Drone Tutorial.  

 

SOCIAL 

Fireteam & Friend List 

  • Fixed an issue where the teammate suggestion widget would be randomly frozen.  
  • Fixed an issue where the Fireteam info widget would flicker.  
  • Fixed an issue with the friend list “Recent Players” being sorted in reverse. 

Private Match 

  • Fixed an issue where the Private Match setting menu could not scroll.  

Player Profile 

  • Fixed an issue where the player codename could not be confirmed on a new account.  
  • Fixed an issue where an unexpected error occurred during the name change flow.  
  • Fixed an issue where the notch on an iPhone blocked some profile customization options. 

 

USER INTERFACE 

  • Fixed the Loadout stat bars overlapping in Ranked Pre-Match. 
  • Multiple stat modifiers are no longer cut off in the Manage Loadout menu and Battle Pass. 
  • Corrected the animation on the shine VFX for the Operator XP Booster icon.  
  • UI shine now works correctly on the Mastery track of a locked Operator.  
  • Shine VFX animation is fixed for the Operator XP Booster icon after applying it to any Operator using a Prime Booster. 
  • Series text no longer overlaps with the Explore button when the user claims an Operator from Boot Camp.  
  • Buck thumbnail is now properly sized in the Pre-Match Ready Screen. 
  • Removed the white line on top of the Main Menu “Shop” button. 
  • The “New” tags on the Playlist panels are now in the correct place. 
  • Fixed top bar not being shown when scrolling in multiple screens. 
  • Fixed potential UI overlapping bug when Match Found screen is shown. 

AUDIO 

  • Reinstated the "Respawn" SFX for Team Deathmatch. 

 

STORE 

  • Fixed an issue where the weapon could disappear after previewing a Charm.  
  • Fixed the Charm equip button when the Charm is part of a set. 

 

ENGINE 

  • Resolved an issue causing a soft lock when disconnecting from the internet at the end of a Match. 
  • Fixed a crash occurring during consent via Usercentrics.
