To allow you to play our games, we need to collect personal data about you (e.g. phone ID, IP address, game events). We use your data solely in the context of our activities and in strict compliance with applicable personal data regulations. Please note that you can make the following requests:

If you make a deletion request, you will lose your progress in the game and we will not be able to restore it if you change your mind.

To submit a request, please click on the chat icon at the bottom of the page and select ‘Privacy’ when asked ‘What can I help you with?’

To delete your account directly from the game, kindly follow the instructions below:
  • Go to Menu
  • Select Options
  • Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"

    A confirmation window will open informing you of the details and rules of the account deletion, if you are sure you want to delete your account enter your GrowID, email address, and password.

    Please note that the account deletion will not push through if you provided any incorrect information. Once confirmed, you will be prompted to another window with the rules of account deletion.

  • Tap the "Delete Account" button if you are sure you want to proceed.
