To transfer your account without the cloud save, you MUST contact us from within the game on BOTH of your devices: Settings & Support & Contact us.
Kindly provide us with the following information:
– Is this the new phone or the old one?
– If the email on your old phone is different, please let us know.
If you no longer have access to your old phone, please let us know what last name, first name and animal name you used in-game on the old phone.
