- Make sure you are connected to the internet.
- Ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the game.
- Tap on the cloud icon on the top left corner of the start screen to use the "Enable Cloud Save" option.
- If you play on Android, and it’s your first time playing HSW, then tap on sign in with Google Play and tap on "Enable" to link your progress to the account.
- If you play on Android and you previously had your HSW progress saved with your Facebook account or Google Play Account, then tap on sign in with Facebook or Sign in with Google Play and follow the steps to load your saved progress. (Please check you are in the right Facebook account before trying to log in)
- If you play on iOS, and it’s your first time playing HSW, then tap on sign in with Apple and tap and follow the steps to link your progress to the account.
- If you play on iOS and you previously had your HSW progress saved with your Facebook account or with your Apple account, then tap on sign in with Facebook or Sign in with Apple and follow the steps to load your saved progress. (Please check you are in the right Facebook account before trying to log in)
- If the game finds multiple saves, it will ask you to choose which one you want to keep. Be careful when making your choice as it will erase the alternative progress option.
- You will see a green tick on the cloud icon indicating your progress is saved online.
