To find your User ID, press on the small cogs on the start screen. Then select the "Support" tab. At the top of the screen, you will see your User ID. If you need help with anything, tap on 'Copy ID' then on the 'Support' button to open the Support section. Select 'Contact Support' and paste your ID in the ticket description so we can take care of your problem.
