There is no age limitation to play Hungry Shark World. When you launch Hungry Shark World for the first time, you have to enter your age before landing on the Start menu. Depending on your age and country, you will be protected from some features of the game, but you will be able to play no matter your age. According to Privacy Policy laws, if you live in the USA or if the game cannot identify your country and you are 12 years old or less, you can only play the Lite version of Hungry Shark World.
