If you are an Android user, we will be able to give you a refund or, even better, if you use cloud save, we will give you back your coins or gems.

Unfortunately, if you are iOS user we won't be able to give you a refund, however if you use cloud save we will directly give you back your coins or gems.

In any case, it would help us a lot if you could provide your cloud save ID when you contact our support team. In order to find it, tap the options button in the top left corner of your screen and then select support. You will be able to see your ID number and copy it.
