If Horse Haven crashes while playing or will not fully load, please perform the following steps:

  • Make sure that you are using a functional and stable online connection, either Wi-Fi or Cellular.
  • Be sure your device is officially supported (check this FAQ).
  • Check that you have enough space on your device to run the game. You can try to close all unused applications and reboot your device.
  • Delete the Horse Haven app and reinstall it. (If you are logged into Game Center, this is completely safe.)
  • If your game is still crashing or not loading, please contact our support team via the in-game Customer Support option. Tap the cog, then the "people" icon, and then select Customer Support. You can also contact Customer Support through our website.
