Why is Horse Haven World Adventures shutting down?

After more than 10 years of operating Horse Haven World Adventures, we have made the difficult decision to shut down the game’s servers on March 18. Due to ongoing technical issues, we are no longer able to maintain the game in a way that meets our quality standards.

When will the servers shut down?

The servers for Horse Haven World Adventures will be permanently shut down on March 18. After this date, the game will no longer be accessible.

Can I still play the game after the shutdown?

No. Once the servers are shut down, Horse Haven World Adventures will no longer be playable, as it requires an online connection to function.

Will I receive a refund for my purchases?

Yes. We will automatically refund all payments made on or after December 10, 2025.

Do I need to do anything to receive my refund?

No action is required on your part. Refunds will be processed automatically and returned to your original payment method.

When will I receive my refund?

You can expect to see the refund appear in your original payment method within 15 business days, depending on your payment provider.

What about purchases made before December 10, 2025?
