In any case that you have forgotten or have lost access to your concerned account's registered e-mail address, you can provide other valid and working e-mail addresses to ensure that you will receive our response. However, note that you will have to go through proper verification to prove your ownership of the account.

To provide updates, please reply to the existing email thread of your previously opened ticket.
