You can open the FAQ page on your mobile device:

  • Go to Menu
  • Click Support
  • Launch FAQ page
If the list of FAQs did not answer your question or concern, you can reach out to us by opening a ticket:
  • Click the message bubble button
    The Support bot will then require for your account's registered e-mail address
  • You will be asked for details such as the category and sub-category of your concern
  • After selecting the correct issue category, you will be asked for your GrowID and the exact details of your concern
  • Once provided, the bot will confirm that the information has been submitted and that a member of the Support Team will get in touch over email
