In the event you forget your GrowID or password, we will be happy to help you recover your account!

To recover your GrowID:

• Visit growtopiagame.com/recover
• Enter the email address you used when creating your GrowID
• Click Submit
• An email containing your GrowID will be sent to the address you entered

To recover your password:

• Visit growtopiagame.com/account
• Enter your GrowID and the email address you used when creating your GrowID
• Click Submit
• An email containing a reset password link will be sent to the address you entered

If you no longer have access to the email address you used when you first created your GrowID, we may not be able to recover it fully.

Please contact us, providing as many receipts of older purchases you have made on your previous account.
