On August 1, 2023, Growtopia's redemption code feature was added to the game. You can use this functionality to redeem prizes from events on your own. The redemption code feature can be accessed in one of three ways:

Manual Redemption

For in-game and community events, you can manually redeem a code that is typically provided on our social media channels. Just carry out the following:

• Open in-game shop.
• Click the redeem code button.
• A popup will open where you can enter the redeem code.
• Click “Redeem”.
• The item will go directly to your inventory.

Claim Rewards

You can access this when the game automatically rewards you for participating in an event or any update:

• The "claim" button and reward information will be displayed in the end of Gazette.
• When you press the button, the reward will be automatically placed to your inventory.

The team will occasionally email rewards as well. If we choose this option, you will only get an email from this official address, news@growtopiagame.com, with a direct link to your rewards.

Please verify the sender’s email address. Do not open the link if the email address is different from the one we stated above; otherwise, your account may have been compromised by a phishing scam.

Please keep in mind that the game will prevent you from redeeming the prize if you have a full inventory or item slot for it. Prior to claiming a reward, make sure your inventory or item slots has space for the item.
