You can request a refund by directly contacting our Customer Support Team. Please include the transaction ID (which looks like this: GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX) in your ticket.
As long as you still have the currency in your account, the package can be deducted and the refund can be issued.
If you have spent the currency or consumed items already, we will be unable to process your refund request.
If you have made more than one purchase on the same day, please include all your transaction IDs to allow us to identify the one that might have failed.
